About our Venue
The competition site is located at 4728 Constitution Avenue, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70808, off Interstate 10 at the College Drive exit. The Crowne Plaza is a lovely hotel with many amenities, including a beautiful 15,000 square foot ballroom and a 3,000 square foot gym with state of the art equipment. Dancing will take place on a 44 X 76 foot floating continuous hardwood floor. The hotel provides ample free parking. Within minutes from the hotel are a number of excellent eating establishments, shopping areas and more.
The Crowne Plaza Hotel, 4728 Constitution Ave., Baton Rouge, LA 70808, is where all of the events take place. Rooms are available for $97.00 per night provided you make reservations prior to June 1, 2017. The hotel is located very near the College Drive exit on Interstate 10 and has ample free parking.
In an effort to better service dancers at mealtime, the hotel will set up a buffet across from the ballroom for the following: Friday – deli lunch; Saturday and Sunday – continental breakfast and deli lunch. This will be a cash only service and is available to anyone. The restaurant will provide full service to those who prefer to dine there.
NOTICE TO STANDARD DANCERS: If you are dancing on Sunday morning and need late checkout, please contact Ann Durocher at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to make arrangements for your late checkout. Please make this reservation early to ensure your request can be met, as the hotel allows only a limited number of late checkouts and yours must be made through Ann.

American, US Air, Delta and Continental Airlines fly into Ryan Metropolitan Airport (BTR) located minutes from the hotel in Baton Rouge. The hotel provides transportation to and from Ryan Metro Airport upon request for a nominal fee. Contact the hotel's transportation coordinator at (225) 930-0105.
All major airlines fly into Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY) which is located in New Orleans, approximately 70 miles south of Baton Rouge on Interstate 10. It is an easy drive from the airport in New Orleans to the hotel.
